Must Listen for Parents

Highly informative show for all parents! This podcast is filled with great information brought to you by two physicians.

Off-putting

This podcast shares some great information so it’s such a shame that the tone of almost every episode is mocking people who don’t yet know what the podcast host and guests know or who are simply doing the best they can. Listeners are here to learn and make shifts, but it doesn’t feel great to be mocked for doing the best with what we know at the time. If fruit smoothies every day are not ideal (with “almond milk with added sugar”), great, give people this information to change it instead of laughing at your listeners. It is a common theme throughout most of the episodes I’ve noticed.

could be more inclusive

this is an informative podcast but also unapproachable for people who don’t have a solid understanding of human biology. It could be made better if you guys stepped back and explained some of the medical terms and concepts during the episodes.
