    Be Neighborly 🐴🤪

    You know that song… 🎶 🎤 Reach out and touch, somebody’s hands, make this world a better place if you can. I’m not recommending you go around touching people, but at least be neighborly. But don’t take it literal… not just to your 🏠 neighbor… remember 🎶 “Who are the people in your neighborhood? It’s the people that you meet when you’re walking down the street, it’s the people that you meet each day.”

    Don’t work so much and so hard that life is nothing but catering to others (Isn’t that a form of slavery?) Life was meant to be enjoyed… so get outside sis!

    Once I was seven years old…

    It seems like just yesterday; I was a kid, playing on the playground. Not a care in the world. And each year looking forward to the next and how I would choose to celebrate my birthday.     I got a rude awakening… 🤯

    Today I stepped on the scale and the number I saw felt like a swift punch in the gut… A hard one! I had to remind myself that the number I saw doesn’t define me and this didn’t happen overnight so it is going to take a little bit of time to resolve. No one is perfect, so I’m going to give myself grace for the times I slipped and use that energy to create change—starting small, step by step. #NoMoreSelfJudgment #YouAreEnough #SummerMotivation #ProgressNotPerfection #BeKindToYourself #FreshStart #SelfLove #HeySis
