    Episode Twelve - Aimee Farquhar

Hey there Sister.  I am so honored you decided to join our convo today.  As you know we chat about life, love and legacy, and in this episode we meet Pastor Aimee Farquher.   She is a children’s pastor, a pastor of pastors there in Tulsa, Oklahoma at Victory Church there.  And you’re going to get to hear us talk about, oh my word, such wisdom that Aimee brings to the table of leading leaders, leading your family, leading yourself and what God has done.  And if she says the local church once, she says it about twenty times.  She has a heart for the local church.   And we just talked about many different things so I just want to bring you  into the conversation.  Get a piece of paper and a pen, she gives some great nuggets, great words to live by, and I just really enjoyed myself, so I know you will to. And as always don’t’ forget to read the show notes for the recipe of the episode. Episode Eleven - Cherry Hardcastle

In this episode of Hey Sister, you’re going to meet a sweet friend of mine, Cherry Hardcastle. To know her is to LOVE her and she is so easy to love.  She’s made out of this stuff.  She is a true Child of God, because she’s made in His image and God is love and so is Cherry Hardcastle. We talk about her legacy, where she came from, she comes from a long line of Jesus loving people in her family and she’s come all the way from Arkansas to Colorado and all the way back to Arkansas.  She’s raised two families.  God has blessed her with adult children, and we’ll talk a little bit about that.  We’ll talk a little bit about how she trusts God in her walk, and the many twist and turns that her life has brought her. But above all she’s a lover of Jesus, and she’s a really good friend of mine, and I’m so excited to introduce to you Cherry Hardcastle… Don’t forget to read in the show notes about a new recipe that we came across about Chocolate Ice Cream, it’s pretty yummy.   And just a little side note, Cherry helps me with my transcriptions for the podcast so I can do these natural now and I don’t have to read, so it sounds a little bit better.  Anyway, enjoy the podcast. Recipe: Chocolate Ice Cream Using your blender: 1-(13.5oz) can full-fat unsweetened coconut milk (refrigerated overnight) 1 C raw unsalted cashews, (soaked in advance, drained and rinsed) 1/2/ C unsweetened cocoa powder 3/4 C pure Maple Syrup 1/4/ C Melted Coconut Oil 1.5 Tbs pure Vanilla extract 1/4 Tsp fine salt Blend until smooth. Put into freezer container. Once frozen, Enjoy! This IS Cherry Hardcastle approved:)
