Hopefully we don't give you too much anxiety as we find ourselves doommaxxing about the state of the world.     Episode 4: The Ozempic Epidemic

    Episode 4 of Hi Schatzi! kicks off with Adina sharing her first NASCAR race experience — which, naturally, turns into a much longer conversation about racing culture and her ongoing obsession with Formula 1. Petra then dives into her own connection to the sport through her father. But in true Hi Schatzi! fashion, the conversation quickly shifts from fast cars to the very real pressure cooker that is social media. This week, we get honest about the internet’s impact on self-image, the impossible standards young women are constantly fed online, and how eating disorders have become dangerously normalized in digital culture. We also get very candid about Ozempic, skinny influencer culture, and the growing obsession with shrinking ourselves at any cost. Equal parts funny, chaotic, and deeply real — this episode is basically what happens when a mother and daughter sit down “just to chat” and accidentally unpack modern society.
