As all creation enters the final Day of the Lord, where the things that once seemed important now fade away, we hear the question "who is worthy to open the scroll?". We have so much to be grateful for, and most of all we can give thanks for Christ Jesus leaving the heights of heaven and coming to dwell among us, taking our sin, destroying death and making eternity in heaven possible to thise who call upon His name. Habakkuk 3:1-15 In Wrath, Remember Mercy Rebekah Cageggi sings "Maranatha!"

Another rough passage of scripture that describes God's wrath as he judges His people for their actions. Chad digs into this and the similarities to the language from Exodus. Chad encourages to meditate on verse 2: "in wrath, remember mercy". And God has remembered, sending His beloved Son to earth to live and die in our place, rise again and break the cold chains of bondage that bind us all. Rebekah Caggegi sings "Maranatha!" and we look forward to the great day of the Lord when He, the great Judge makes everything forever right. Drama must end

It is impossible to listen to the scriptures being read on this podcast, as the speaker is intentionally trying to add melodrama to his voice, on the false assumption that somehow, if we dramatize the sound of reading scripture by reading, it varies slowly and intentionally somehow it will then have more impact upon the listener. This is garbage theology.Chad Bird says nothing actually has commentary on each song. Nothing is added. Again just more melodrama.
