    I this episode I interview James Conklin. James and I go way back to 10 years ago he was a gym member at a local gym I managed. James Conklin was born and raised in butler county PA. He comes from a family of 6. Mom and dad and of course his 3 other brothers. He is 3 out of 4. All his life he has always been centered around physical activity. He played soccer his entire life from age 4 through senior year in high school. Most of his entire life revolves around soccer. It instilled hard work and dedication at a very early age which transferred over to his later passion that became skateboarding that he still does to this day and has been over a decade now. Then lifting weights was introduced to him. He was about 19 years old whenever he decided to start going to the gym with his best friend. He got”the bite” and soon this became his lifestyle. Currently James is a competitive bodybuilder as well as a patient care consultant at a medical marijuana dispensary.
