    Welcome to Moon & Crystals Oracle, a segment on High Notes! with GerMichael. Monthly astrological forecasts of the new moon & full moon; the energies it's bringing in, what to expect, and how to use it. I delve into what a new moon is, the energetic meaning of Scorpio, and the energies and vibrational frequencies of the Scorpio new moon.
