Really nice round up of video game music with interesting commentary through out.

I'm not a gamer, but I enjoyed the show. The guys devote more time to the music than I anticipated, so you hear multiple full songs during the show, and it's good, catchy music. It gives the show a good pace having songs between the discussion, so the hour maintains momentum. The hosts are likeable and sound very authentic.

I myself have had the idea of starting a podcast/radio show such as this, and these guys have executed the premise greatly! The music is well paced and balanced (high energy and low energy tracks balance each other out), and when the hosts take to the mic, they're rather entertaining to listen to. There's a charm to the type of people they are; these aren't professionals, or even hardcore gamers really. They're just people who are enthusiastic about games, and may not have the time in their adult lives to play as much as they'd like to. In that way, they're a very relatable cast, and in a way no games media outlet's podcast could provide, it just feels like sitting in with a few gamer friends. The most impressive thing of all, however, is the musical variety. The tracks they play episode to episode are always different and unique, and you don't get the sense that they're just mining from their favorite games or franchises. It's a great show, and I hope it continues long from now.
