    In continuing in my theme of ‘getting uncomfortable’ and sharing truth, I’m so honored and blessed to connect with an old acquaintance, we will call her ‘Bwiti Sister’. She has lived the life many of us have; Imperfect childhood, neurosis, addiction, attachment-aka being a normal human in this western culture that has become such a rat race. ‘ Bwiti Sister’ was led to plant medicine, which has changed her life and allowed her to heal. Not only has she continued to heal but she has traveled to Africa to learn from Shamans and practitioners of plant Medicine that has existed in our world for EONS! She has been blessed to help others heal through her experiences.     Ronnie Osment Jr-Inspiration I Didn’t Expect!

    I’m so honored to share this show with you all. Ronnie is a friend of a friend who was referred to be on my podcast. My friend Tommy initially referred Ronnie because had recently had his first experience with psychedelics-which has changed my life and many others as well. I didn’t realize the amazing story that Ronnie has! Ronnie grew up in the Bourdeaux area of Nashville-a really rough area. He grew up with lots of crime and poverty around him but he Rose above it! He was committed to not live that way and found his way out with his passion-automobiles and motorcycles. At a young age he was making a ton of money and then life ‘intervened’. Ronnie went from crazy success early to an unexpected accident that took away his ability to walk, to live the normal life we all take for granted. But it didn’t take away his attitude, spirit or determination! I’m so truly honored to have had Ronnie on my show. I have not yet met him but we have a kindred friendship after this show. I am going to road trip home to Nashville and connect with him and other friends soon. This show isn’t about me AT ALL!!! I encourage you to watch this on YouTube and or listen on Apple/etc. Ronnie is an inspiration to me, he will be to you as well. Let’s put it this way, if you are blessed enough to use your legs, to walk, BE GRATEFUL!!! And Ronnie has a spirit and attitude that will not quit. He admits he will walk again and I believe him! Since this show I have daily said his name in my head, every step I have taken. I have faced a rough few weeks but OMG, I cannot complain and having had the pleasure to meet him on this show has inspired me to punch through some really tough moments. I hope you enjoy this show.     My First Keynote Speaker Address-Audio Only | 08/04/20 | Lance Jaynes

    I have always felt led to do public speaking. Coming from someone who was incredibly shy and reserved most of my early life, it is quite a surprise to me too. The way I have always envisioned this happening was in front of a live audience, on a stage, to feel the energy of the crowd and to interact and give back so much passion and energy. I know that I have this unique gift and it requires no prep, drop me on a stage now and I will FLOW and connect with my audience. Well, due to Covid, my first Keynote speaker address was virtual but an amazing and fulfilling experience regardless. The opportunity arose really out of chance. An old Twitter acquaintance had reconnected after years and she reached out to ask me if I would be willing to speak for the opening of their Annual Writers Conference (Rave Reviews Book Club). I was so excited but also I was entering uncharted waters. I think it is natural to have pause when one of your dreams comes true. 
It was such an incredible experience. I truly connected with flow and gave my address for a little over 20 mins. My friend who asked me to speak called me before she was done viewing it and was almost in tears how moved she was. She said “If you aren’t doing this for a living, you NEED TO!” The feedback from all the members who saw it was so touching and inspiring. 
I am so honored to have had this opportunity and I know future ones will come. This is an example of connecting with a calling, with entering a pure flow state. This is being a vehicle for God. I was not nervous and really didn’t prepare other than a one word outline. I am so grateful to have had this experience and to know that my gift was used to lift others up. You too have a gift, a talent, something that you lose yourself in and that can help others too. Let that gift out! The day will come when I get to get on a stage, feed off the energy of the room and flow to serve others.
