    57: Why Your Manifestations Aren’t Landing #1 Giving, Gratitude and Receiving

    If you have been visualising, setting intentions and trying to call more abundance into your life, but your manifestations still feel delayed or out of reach, the missing piece may be the energetic balance between giving and receiving.     55: Sound Healing as Medicine for Perimenopause

    In this episode, I’m joined by Emma Kennedy, shamanic sound practitioner, for a conversation on how voice, vibration and music can support anxiety, emotional release and inner healing.
