    23. Thoughts on birthdays

    When is your birthday, and do you celebrate it? Today completes my 23rd rotation around the sun, and I celebrated life today by doing things that make me happy!     22. Thoughts on human life

    Human life is a delicate, intricate thing. Is there “value” in human life? I had a student once say, “I don’t care that she’s human.” It is interesting to me that for some people, they see no value in human life. Whereas for me, I think it can truly be an exceptional experience. I have studied the Holocaust in great depth, and that is an event in history that brings that question of “What does it mean to be human?” to the forefront. Unfortunately, there are several other events in history that have destroyed human life. So what does this mean? What does it mean to be human?     21. Thoughts on being happy and sharing that with the world

    The world we are living in feels like a dark place. The last year has been chaotic, frustrating, and disheartening at times. Anger and hatred seem to be the loudest emotions because our world has been consumed by their volume. Because of that, I feel a sense of responsibility to share good, share light, and share joy to empower others to find their happiness in the now. Sending you love and light to where ever you may be in this world ✨💜

    20. Thoughts on being 22 and the movie “Soul”

    What is a soul? How would you describe it? Speaking of fish references, if Dory from Finding Nemo were a human, and if life ever got her down, I could imagine her singing, “Just keep living. Just keep living. Living living living. What do you do when you live? Live.” Coincidence, I think not 😉
