Wow.

I’m joining the chorus of others writing in about how life changing this podcast is and how profound it is to learn and name what it means to be an HSP. For the first time in my life, I feel like I actually have a framework for struggles that have felt somehow both huge and hidden. Thank you so much for this work.

Validating

I feel seen, heard and well understood. It’s one thing to follow Instagram accounts dedicated to informing about being an HSP but to supplement it with a podcast? That is fantastic and so validating. Thank you for sharing this much sought after resource with us!
