    When a Gunman Took a Newsroom Hostage

    On May 28th 1983, a KOOL TV Broadcast had a sudden change of plans when armed gunman Joe Gwinn barged into the studio making demands. Anchorman Bill Close thought it was a joke until Gwinn fired a shot into the air.     Books that Didn't Make it into the Bible

    In this video, we'll overview the Apocrypha: texts that were left out of the Bible. From the Old Testament: Enoch, Jubilees, Bel and the Dragon; to the New Testament: The Gospel of Judas, Mary and Thomas. For one reason or another, these texts were excluded from Biblical Canon. Now, this is not an exhaustive list. There are many, MANY, books in the Apocrypha. We're really just at the tip of the iceberg and sampling some of the most prominent texts. This is just an introduction after all. I'd love to go into more detail into these books such as Enoch and the Gospel of Judas.
