Are you overwhelmed with your kids constant fighting and yelling? I am! There are moments I just don't know what to do to "fix" it and sadly, I add to the chaos. Without a doubt sibling rivalry is one of the most frustrating and stressful factors of parenting. That is why we just had to dedicate a full segment for this subject alone!
In this episode, Natalie chats with Licensed Therapist and Parent Coach- Sasha Hawkes. In a world of social media that only presents a tidy, cleaned up version of motherhood that sometimes leaves you feeling inadequate, Hola Mama! shares unfiltered, REAL stories of every day people just trying to be the best moms they can be. That’s what makes it relatable. It’s honest. It’s open. Natalie does a great job and asks questions that facilitate depth in conversation. Her and her cohost have a natural chemistry. Highly recommend.

If you’re looking to listen other mamas that shares the same experiences as YOU. You totally need to listen to them. Also for those who are not mamas yet, you will find all those things that you “wish somebody would’ve told you before!” :)

I can feel and grasp what is going on or what these mommas felt! Everything being said is vivid. Not everyone has it easy and this is very moving! It’s ground breaking. I can understand what others are going through. It really speaks to me.
