The Real

For too many years I’ve heard that my life needed to be ‘hacked’ to become a better more efficient person. Like I was a programmable circuit board that could be pulled apart and reassembled to achieve my goals. Thank the f*#!ing Lord this is not that. Logan’s teaching never loses sight of the humanity of life, with all of its requisite complexities, at the center of peak performance. This podcast made me feel alive and want to feel more alive, not just more ‘efficient.’ Even better, it provides a navigable roadmap. This is real.
