    THE CALLING - "COAT OF MANY COLORS"

    People who are called by God need to be processed. The calling is one thing and the process is something completely different. Joseph was processed for 13 years. He was set apart from his brothers and given a beautiful coat of many colors by his father at age 17, but little did he know his process was about to begin. After being thrown in a pit and sold by his brothers, he ended up in prison in a foreign land accused of something he did not do. BUT the bible says that "GOD was with Joseph and showed him his faithful Love" and he succeeded in everything he did. From the Pit to Prison, Joseph ended up in the Palace as the Prince of Egypt. The bible says "he saved the lives of many people." God never left Joseph and he will never leave you!  "You intended to harm me, but God intended it all for good. He brought me to this position so I could save the lives of many people." Genesis 50:20 Everyone wants to be called, but not everyone is willing to pay the price. With every call, there is a character and maturity building process. If God is the one calling, you cannot avoid it, but if man is calling, it is avoidable.     THE ANOINTING - "HORN OF OIL"

    "Then Samuel took the HORN OF OIL and ANOINTED him in the midst of his brothers, then THE SPIRIT of THE LORD came POWERFULLY upon David." (1 Samuel 16:13)    Anyone can be used powerfully by God but there is a great price to pay. The bible teaches us that David was a man after God's own HEART. After David was anointed in the midst of his family, It took roughly 15 years of trials and tribulations that he had to go through for his anointing to be activated. There was a developmental process that took everything out of him spiritually, physically, and emotionally, but his HEART never changed!!!  The Anointing of God was being activated! The Anointing makes you effective The Anointing draws people to you The Anointing makes you valuable to God... but when you become valuable to God, you also become important to satan.     WHAT THE BIBLE TEACHES ABOUT WATER BAPTISM

    In this episode of Holy Fire Podcast, we talk about what the Bible says and doesn't say about Water Baptism. In Matthew 28:19 Jesus tells us "Go make disciples BAPTIZING them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit." It is a command given to us by Jesus himself. Water Baptism does not give you salvation. Believing with your heart and confessing with your mouth that Jesus is Lord is what saves. At the same time, there is no reason for believers not to be baptized. If you have not been baptized, we encourage you to do so and publicly show the world that you belong to Jesus!     THE DEITY OF JESUS CHRIST - JESUS MY LORD AND MY GOD

    In this episode, we talk about the deity of JESUS CHRIST, THE CROSS  and how SALVATION is through him and him alone! There are 7 "I AM" statements in the bible that Jesus says he is.   1. I am the bread of life 2. I am the light of the world 3. I am the door of the sheep 4. I am the resurrection and the life 5. I am the good shepherd 6. I am the way, the truth, and the life 7. I am the true vine but the most direct and powerful I AM statement is found in John 8:58  "Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM.” In Exodus 3:14 Moses asks God "Who shall I say is sending me"  And God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM.” And He said, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, ‘I AM has sent me to you.’ ” There is no greater claim or greater name than the Name of God "I AM"  We hope this episode blesses your life.
