At the Holy Writ podcast, we talk to faith people about what they’re reading and writing. It’s part book club, part interview that I hope stirs a new kind of conversation that humanizes faith and finds holy writ in unexpected places.

Customer Reviews
My favorite podcast premise
Holy Writ has my favorite premise of any podcast I’ve ever listened to. And being a guest on this podcast was an absolutely delightful experience. Carla is such an insightful host, and conversations about fiction are such a great way to get at topics of faith from oft-neglected angles.
One of my favorite podcasts!
This has become one of my favorite podcasts both because of WHO Carla interviews and the quality of LITERATURE they read and share together. I have added so many new books to my stack, and fallen in love with so many new artists, speakers and authors because of this podcast. The conversation is engaging, relevant, poignant, thoughtful and insightful. I find myself sending each new episode to friends and family. Don't let this podcast pass you by!
This is not Stepford Christianity.
It's real people with imperfections sharing their stories and offering a window into how art resonates differently for each of them. The host, Carla, does an amazing job of connecting with her guests and fostering the genuine conversations that make this podcast so much more than a simple book review.
Though I may not match their beliefs, their open-hearted discussions prove time and again that, despite our differences, we are united in our experience of being human.
