Kelly and Ryan sat down with some of the GC team that’s been here for all our growth. Together the team discusses how much we’ve grown as a company and how we hope to see the company grow in the next 12 years! So mix up our cocktail of the week and join us for your happiest hour. Cocktail of the Week - Get Community’s Pomegranate Fizz 1.5 oz Vodka 3 oz Pomegranate juice Chilled Champagne or Prosecco of choice Pomegranate seeds to garnish (optional) Fill the martini shaker with ice. Pour the vodka and pomegranate juice over the ice. Place the lid on the shaker and shake for 20-30 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosty and cold. Pour into champagne glasses and fill to the top with champagne. Garnish with some pomegranate seeds! Pour the vodka, orange liqueur, simple syrup, and cranberry juice over the ice. Place the lid on the shaker and shake for 20-30 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosty and cold. Pour into martini glasses rimmed with sugar. Garnish with sugared cranberries or orange slices. Cocktail of the Week - Sidecar 2 oz Cognac  1 oz Cointreau 1 oz lemon juice Lemon twist or orange twist for the garnish Sugar for rim (optional) Cut a notch in a lemon wedge, then run the lemon around the rim of a cocktail glass. Dip the edge of the rim into a plate of superfine sugar. Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake until cold. Strain the drink into the prepared glass. Cocktail of the Week - Rosemary Gimlet 2 oz gin or white rum1 oz fresh lime juice.5 oz Rosemary Honey Syrup (see Note) Rosemary sprig for garnishPlace white rum or gin, lime juice, and Rosemary Honey Syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Place lid on shaker; shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with rosemary sprig If you would like to make your own Rosemary Honey Syrup, place 5 rosemary sprigs and 1/2 cup near-boiling water in a sealable heatproof container. Let steep for 20 minutes. Add 1/2 cup honey, and stir gently until dissolved. Cover and let steep for at least 2 hours, up to 12 hours. Strain before using. Syrup may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
