Something for Everyone

As a Black HR professional myself, this podcast is definitely unique in that it offers great insights for a wide audience. Whether you’re working in HR, trying to navigate corporate America as a person of color, or just seeking career guidance, this podcast has something to offer you

Episode 8: Spiritual Warfare

I have listened to several episodes of this podcast, and can certainly attest to the fact that it is indeed very helpful for people—especially those of color and faith—navigating through corporate America, and the Human Resources system. I was especially impressed with Episode 8, as I am a Spiritual Believer in Christ, and have experienced spiritual warfare in my line of work, continuously. I believe Jessica did a wonderful job of confirming the ostracizing behaviors against a person of color/faith, in the workplace, as well the appropriate way to handle these types of situations. Although I know this particular series must be temporarily suspended, I’m very excited to hear more podcasts of this nature!
