Sometimes we use the word "church" to refer to a building or an event. However, Jesus used the word "church" to refer to a community.

Jesus repeatedly commands his followers to serve others, to love others, and to care for those who are in need. Obeying these commands is challenging, especially considering just how many needs exist in this world. In order to determine which needs God is calling us to meet, we must learn to respond to the conviction of the Holy Spirit.

What do we do with our questions? We can allow our questions to go unanswered. We can invent satisfactory answers. We can seek out answers that affirm what we want to believe. Or we can seek the truth.

We are all waiting for something. Our attitude and perspective while waiting will influence our experience. When we choose to actively wait well on the Lord, He delivers.
