Hopepunk

Loving this pod so far. I’m always craving more positive ideas and this hits the spot. Thank you Raj and JL for being a bright spot.

Unfortunately negativity sells in today’s world, and most of our media outlets use this to their advantage by perpetually feeding us with pessimism and outrage. Hopepunk brings in a fresh, uplifting and motivating perspective. In a mission to remedy our misplaced despair, these guys present concrete data and well-informed speculation to prove that today is really the best time to be alive, and the future doesn’t nearly look as bad as we think. Can’t wait for more episodes!

I was referred to this by a friend/mentor at work, with whom I have had many conversations circling these types of subjects. Simply put, I subscribed and am interested to hear more. Having only just heard the first couple episodes I can say that there is something here, and these guys have a clear important message, and present themselves as intelligent, thoughtful and charismatic. The second episode touches on so many subsets of the concerns around over population, but almost covers too much ground in too little time. Would almost like to see less breadth and more depth in a specific aspect of the given topic. But, that’s probably a good thing for where they are in their journey. Will be interesting to see where they go. As a certified misanthrope, who feels the deck is stacked against us, I am happy to listen to intelligent individuals take an opposing view. Looking forward to more!

Hopepunk is a beautiful start for the better world. Truth is that Politicians & Media get money & power via pessimistic approach. Using fear of the future as a tool. Reality is that we have a bright future and we create what we think & believe. 👌👍. Excellent approach to make a difference on this planet with positivity and hope at thoughts and actions levels.
