How can we practically accomplish the First Blessing? It's a critical question.

Few people are seriously thinking about how to accomplish the First Blessing. Yet, this is the basis for the Second and Third Blessings. Who is focussing on it? Have we given up because it's vague and intangible? This is serious for the future of the Providence.
