    REIKI-FUELLED MEDITATION: Coming Home To Yourself

    Odd one out! (But maybe a new regular appearance on HowDoYouHeal?...?) I created this meditation as part of my free E-book 'Hannah's Introductory Guide to the Reiki System'. It is a concise guide to the Japanese Healing Modality, which I have taught for nearly a decade. It is, in my opinion, the easiest and quickest pathway into the world of energy healing. The guide includes: my personal history with Reiki, my summary of what 'Reiki' ist (both the modality and the energy), and a summary of each of the four Reiki training levels.
