STOP!!!
Stop and listen, this guy gets it. The struggles we men face, the internal battles we have with ourselves, the external forces that pull us apart, but most importantly, what we can do to better ourselves.
I recommend this to everyone, but especially to those men who are seeking better Mental Health and Emotional intelligence for themselves, their families, and friends.
F-bombs with a side of wisdom
When I first saw UNcivilized on itunes, I thought "that's dumb - do we really need another podcast about being impulsive, hedonistic, selfish, and shortsighted?" - uncivilized in a word! But I hit play, listened, and learned.
Dive into the recent series of Traver being interviewed by his staff - some very touching ah-ha moments in there.
A warning: being uncivilized, the host cusses A LOT (even when it's not necessary) - if you don't like that, pass on this show.
And, I love that it's not interrupted with A LOT of mid-roll ads!
