To those who want improvement in being a human

This podcast has been extremely helpful for my own being and my interpersonal relationships. I have shared it many times to people I care about. Life can be so much more fulfilling if we put in some self reflective work. Thank you so much for bringing this into my life.

Most episodes feel like a long promotional ad

These people are nice. They are very nice people. So niiiiice. But like…obviously quite privileged, and they’re really proud of themselves and their interviews never get to the “how” unless you count the end where they tell you how to pay for the service/materials promoted…

Self-promotional and judgemental

I’ve been listening to this podcast on and off for a couple years, and even though I like some of the content, I leave every episode with the same feeling. Gross. These two are a couple of privileged white therapists speaking to other privileged white people about how to do relationships according to traditional white colonialist coupling. If you listen through a whole episode, you won’t miss out on a whole bunch of self-promotion, self-praise, judgment, and mockery of other ways to grow through relationship and self-development practices that divert from their prescribed formula.
