Jeff Cannata from The Dungeon Run

Jeff Cannata from The Dungeon Run

Jeff is the incredible DM of the live stream D&D show The Dungeon Run which I discovered a little over a year ago. The show has a really cool and unique audience participation aspect that made it stick out to me at first, but I kept coming back for the awesome roleplay and story the the whole cast was creating together.

Jeff has some amazing insights about running your campaign so it's fun and engaging for everyone, how to ride the chaos wave created by players and audience participation, and much more.

You can find Jeff on Twitter from @jeffcannata.

    Mike from The Tangled Web

    Mike from The Tangled Web

Mike is the English teacher you wish you had in school, the kind who you could talk TTRPGs with after class! He started playing TTRPGs when he was a kid and hasn't stopped since. He first discovered play by post TTRPGs when his life became too busy for a weekly game.

Mike talks about what makes play by post so appealing to players who have 5 games going on at a time or none. We also talk about how to avoid the pitfalls of consent in gaming and how to make sure everyone feels welcome and safe in your game.

You can find Mike tweeting from @roleplaytoday and sign up for a free account on The Tangled Web!

Brian from Two Weeks One Shot

Brian has played more TTRPGs over the past 15 years than most people do in a lifetime. His experience running lots of different games makes him a perfect fit for the show Two Weeks One Shot, and for How Not to DM!

You can find Brian on Twitter, or streaming on Twitch on Mondays at 9 pm Eastern. You can listen to him and some other awesome cast members play through a new TTRPG session every few episodes on Two Weeks One Shot, where they've played through D&D, Savage Worlds Deadlands, and Call of Cthulhu so far, with plans on more! He's also a co-DM and player in tandem games on Dirty Deeds & Thunder Thieves. Busy guy!

Riled Nerd ,

As a new DM, amazing!

I’ve only been a GM for 5 small ttrpg sessions, with single digit times being a player. This has been super helpful as I’ve started to write my own adventures. Even if you’re not going to DM it’s still really fun hearing about others experiences and stories.

Jgwiaz ,

DM this is good!

As a DM the one thing you learn is that there is always more to learn and the insight provided here is always eye opening and interesting.
