Endless potential …

Matt and Michelle have undeniable chemistry, but what’s best is their combination of intellect and humor while covering topics others might not touch. Are they going to solve the world’s problems? Maybe. Maybe not. But you can’t solve a problem is you aren’t willing to talk about it … especially the uncomfortable ones. If nothing else, they’ll make you think, challenge your perspectives, and entertain you at the same time. I’m a fan. You will be, too.

Much Needed Conversation

The question of where to draw the line in comedy has never been more relevant as many disenfranchised groups have began pushing back on being the punchline to lame jokes, but does that come at the risk of stifling the much needed artistic freedom that is required in a thriving society? How the Arts Were Won does a very nice job at discussing this important topic in a way that is both thoughtful and entertaining. They don’t have all the answers, but that’s the point, there isn’t a one size fits all answer. Give it a listen and, if you happen to be an artist yourself, take the leap in having these difficult, yet important, conversations as well.
