How to change the default scrolling gestures so that they scroll in the direction you swipe instead of the reverse direction

Here are the steps outlined in the audio:

1. open settings > accessibility
2. Select VoiceOver > Commands
3. Select touch gestures then use the rotor to navigate to the swipe 3 fingers heading.
4. Select the gesture that matches the gesture you want.

For example 3 finger swipe up should be scroll up.
