I love the show. Dave’s insights and ability to break down complex issues is a great skill. I would love if Dave wrote a book on leadership. Everything he’s learned and knows as well as some of the best moments and key points from the show.

I found episode 696 with Marshall Goldsmith to be an amazing source of leadership wisdom. Discussing his earlier book in detail brought several nuggets for leaders, especially the discussion on goal obsession as a habit that holds leaders back. I’m a recent subscriber to the pod and I just finished the 2015 episode with Simon Sinek. It really was such a fantastic episode, just as relevant today given this episode is almost 10 years old! The host David guided the episode with thoughtful questions and responds to Simon’s answers with the same level enthusiasm and validation that I was expressing whilst listening to this episode. I’ve recently completed a course in executive leadership at UCLA Anderson and have just shared this episode with my fellow cohorts. I’m excited to continue to listen to vast catalogue of episodes covering so many important leadership discussions.
