NEW PODCAST: Ticket Stubs - Out Now

Ticket Stubs is the podcast for the gig goer. For the people who can’t resist saying “I saw this live”, spending half their wage on merch, and the other half on pints. It gives every guest on the podcast a chance to show their inner fan, by chatting through the gigs of their lifetime. We’ll talk highs, lows and everything in between. So come on, get stuck in and get to know each guest properly, through their love of music, whilst we have a right laugh, and try not to mention the state of the toilets.
Ticket Stubs is a Listening Dog Media production.

How to DJ podcast

I’ve listened to Chris Hawkins on BBC6MUSIC for about 7 or 8 years now. Love his show and his passion is unequal. I usually listen on Sounds the next morning given that his show is live from midnight to 2:30am on the US east coast where I live.

A recent project of his is a podcast wherein he interviews his piers on ‘how to DJ’. Very insightful.

I did a couple of guest shows on a community radio station in Chester two years ago and the prep time for me was enormous. I have a lot of admiration especially for those who have a daily show.

Of course, one cannot rave about this podcast without a shoutout for producer Simon Ritchie.
