During the past 20 years Jay has driven Ocean Media’s innovative spirit through early investments in first party data platforms, automated measurement systems and planning tools. Ocean Media has grown to become one of the largest media planning and buying agencies in North America serving well known brands like Priceline, BetMGM, Etsy, Rakuten, Mint Mobile, CarGurus, Realtor, Care.com and a host of others. Jay is a graduate of Boston College. He also serves on the LAFD Scholarship Fund Board of Directors.
