Female Friendship, Shadow Work & Finding Your “Platonic Wife” with Amy Rushworth & Felicity Morgan

Two powerhouses get radically honest about sister wounds, pedestal dynamics, loyalty, and what it actually takes to build calm, ride-or-die female friendships in your 30s. We go there: betrayal, trolling, comparison, nervous-system collapse, hard truths, better sex, more love, and more money, because the right best friend changes everything. If you’ve been burned by women, can’t spot red flags until it’s too late, or feel like every friendship turns into emotional labor…this is your blueprint for healing, choosing better, and becoming the friend you want to attract. We Cover: “Platonic dating” is a thing. Intentionally sliding into a woman’s DMs to build friendship is courageous, and necessary as an adult. Loyalty > vibes. Your closest friend should never sit in a room where your name is being trashed. Pedestals are dangerous. Inferiority/superiority dynamics breed jealousy, entitlement, and eventual betrayal. Neediness vs. nurturance. Reciprocity flows; score-keeping clings. Functional freeze is real. You can be online and “fine” while shut down inside. Keep the wound, lose the driver. You don’t have to erase your “sister wound,” just don’t let it steer the car. Apologies without change = gaslighting. Repair needs behavior, not platitudes. One quality friend can 10x your life. Shared values (loyalty, standards, ambition) create peace, polarity, and momentum, in love, sex, and business. Timestamps 00:00 Heartbreaks with women & the cost of betrayal 02:25 Lone-wolf energy & learning to ask for help 03:17 DM-ing for friendship: how Amy and Felicity met 06:14 Female trolling, public betrayal & nervous-system fallout 12:50 Signs you’re in functional freeze (but still “functioning”) 14:27 Is it “my shadow” or their behavior? Discernment 101 16:32 How to start again when you have zero true girlfriends 21:19 Pedestals, comparison, and self-obsession online 23:50 Walking on eggshells = trauma bond (not a friendship 28:33 Where women go wrong: attachment games & manipulation 29:43 Finding your shadow: who triggers you and why 37:18 Real shadows inside a healthy friendship (examples) 44:18 Hard conversations & standards without drama 51:07 Sex, polarity & why the right bestie improves your sex life 57:21 Cut off or forgive? Rebecca Antonucci: The Hidden Link Between Sex, Love & Money (And How I Healed It ALL)

If you’re ready to soften… to start leading with your heart, even after hurt and heartbreak, and you know it’s time to let down the walls you’ve built… Then this is your sign. For the first time ever, I’m not the host of Sex, Love & Money. Today, my beautiful operations manager, Charlotte Jackson is interviewing me instead. If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ll know I’ve gone through a powerful transformation. From Sassy Saturdays where I used to call men out online…To being stuck in my masculine, chasing money and the mountain top, only to never feel like it was enough… To where I am now.  A version of Rebecca who feels safe to be soft. Where people give me feedback and adoration for my strength, but find the most safety and inspiration in my capacity to be gentle.  But this episode isn’t about me. It’s about what’s possible for you. Because if I can soften after everything I’ve walked through… so can you. Today you’ll hear:  Why softness is your greatest strength and not your weakness How to quiet the voice that says “If he wanted to, he would”  and learn when it’s really a red flag What’s really going on when sex starts to feel like a chore… and how to bring back genuine desire How to recognise the subtle signs of living in scarcity (the answer might surprise you) Gentle ways to practise telling your partner what you desire so it feels less stressful in the moment The very real connection between how you handle money and how you handle intimacy The strategies on how to repair your relationship with money that helped me Why you don’t need to wait until you “have it all together” before leading with vulnerability and truth …and so much more. Prefer YouTube? Watch here. 🎧 Herpes Spotify Playlist is here. Are you ready to break free from the shame you feel about herpes and start to feel empowered? 6. Charlotte Jackson: I Quit Meth Without Rehab and Brainwashed Myself into Recovery

Charlotte Jackson: I Quit Meth Without Rehab and Brainwashed Myself into Recovery

People used to say to Charlotte, “you can’t just walk away from crystal meth. That’s not how it works.” But that was exactly what she did.  Today I’m joined by Charlotte Jackson, a coach and speaker who refuses to let labels define her. Charlotte went from thinking drugs were disgusting… to living in a crack den. So what happened in between? And why does she so strongly believe that addiction is a mindset? What does she believe is the cure? You’ll hear:  The night Charlotte realised she was an “addict” and why she NEVER accepted that identity How she rewired her own mind and walked away from meth for good What your loved ones who are addicted actually need from you The mindset shift that doesn’t just apply to drugs but all feelings of self-doubt How she went from living in her car, to getting valet service and free hotel rooms at the casino (at the same time) Why she believes addiction isn’t the problem… It’s the solution What life was really like inside of a crack den …and so much more. Are We Addicted to the Victim Narrative? Rebecca Reacts to Laura Henshaw

The internet is starting to feel like high school again… The popular girls, the bullies, the fear of saying what you really think in case you get called out or shamed online.  In this first episode of my new series Rebecca Reacts, I’m unpacking Laura Henshaw’s approach to publicly pulling apart other people’s content. I’ll be sharing why I take the opposite approach to Laura in her most recent reels, and why I believe her approach is fueling a dangerous culture of victimhood instead of empowering women. But this isn’t an episode where I try to convince you to agree with me. I want to use the space to start a real conversation.  So let me know what you think - whether you agree or disagree. Comment on whatever platform you’re listening to this on, I’ll be chatting about it across Instagram, YouTube and Spotify comments, and I’d love to hear your perspective. In this episode, you’ll hear:  The real reason I think Laura Henshaw targets young men online (and why I believe it’s not about “calling them in” at all) Why “victim consciousness” is more dangerous than any “toxic reel” Why doubling down on your truth might be the healthiest thing you can do… Even if it makes you unpopular The Hero’s Journey every man must walk (and why you should never criticise a man if you want change) The Heroine’s Journey for women (it might explain why you feel so disconnected right now) How to end a fight in your own life, without switching sides or losing the friendship …and so much more. 8. “How to Stop Letting Food Run Your Life” from a Formally Obese Coach

“How to Stop Letting Food Run Your Life” from a Formally Obese Coach

“When I was fat as f*ck…” This line is how Nick Geoppo started his videos and built an entire empire. Nick spent half of his life trapped in the same cycle so many of us know too well. The binge-restrict-shame-start over loop. He lost and gained weight over and over, tried every diet possible and built his identity around “I’ll fix it tomorrow.” But in 2019, he broke the cycle for good. And now he’s helping people to do the same. I wanted to have Nick on the podcast for a few reasons, but the main reason is because this story is BIGGER than the weight loss.  Yes, Nick’s journey is about going from obese to healthy but the way he describes the fear, the food obsession, the shame and the starting again cycle is EXACTLY what so many women with disordered eating and body dysmorphia go through every single day. Nick is the permission slip to stop letting food run your life… and to start living a life that actually turns you on and lights you up. Together we will cover:  How to stop letting your obsessive food thoughts take over your whole day Why willpower isn’t the answer, and what actually works instead The exact moment Nick realised food wasn’t the problem at all What to do when you feel like you’ve wasted years of your life in this cycle… Why rock bottom is fuel but you don’t have to hit it to make serious change What actually changes in your sex life and relationships when you heal your relationships with food …and so much more.
