Listener Testimonies: How the Gospel Changed My Life

Today, on Karl and Crew, we kicked off the week with testimonies from our listeners. We spent a few hours asking our listeners, “How has the Gospel changed you?” We then spent some time sharing our own stories of transformation. It’s important to share how God has worked and continues to work in our lives, as it can touch the hearts of others. As a ministry dedicated to sharing the gospel, we want to continue in this work as it leads into our Fall SHARE, starting on Wednesday, October 1, and running through Saturday, October 4. During this time, we invite our listeners to join us in the ongoing sharing of the Gospel. You can be the reason someone hears the Gospel today and lives in the hope found only in Christ. Listener Testimonies: The Verse that Convicted Me and Debunking the Prosperity Gospel with Rob West

Today, on Karl and Crew, we continued our weekly theme of “abundance out of scarcity” with a discussion about the beauty behind conviction of scripture. When reading the Bible, we often encounter verses that prompt us to reassess our heart posture. You may ask yourself, “Am I being intentional about my walk with Christ?” Asking yourself questions like this can be a sign of the Holy Spirit's conviction, and the Lord corrects those He loves because He wants us to grow. We turned to the phone lines to ask callers the question, “What scripture, when first reading it, caused you to feel conviction?” We then had Rob West join us to discuss financial abundance in the context of God. Rob West is the host of the nationally syndicated radio program Faith and Finance LIVE, which airs weekdays at 3 pm on 90.1 FM. He is also the host of the Faith and Finance podcast and has a FaithFi App. He is also the CEO of Kingdom Advisors, a community of financial professionals specializing in delivering biblically wise financial advice. We then talked about the upcoming event, Experience Moody. This event invites prospective students to the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago to learn about its biblical foundation, hands-on ministry training, and robust student life activities. The following are upcoming Experience Moody days:  September 26, 2025 October 17, 2025 November 21, 2025 February 20, 2026 March 27, 2026 April 17, 2026 If you're looking to hear a particular segment from the show, look at the following time stamps:  Rob West Interview (Debunking Prosperity Gospel) [04:29] Caller Segment (The Verse that Convicted Me) [29:34 ] Karl and Crew airs live weekday mornings from 5-9 a.m. Central Time.
