“Enjoying” might be the wrong word to describe what I’m doing while listening, but the tone of these conversations is so down-to-earth and helpful and hopeful that it doesn’t feel like such a grave subject. All the hosts and guests give practicable tips that make it feel like impending disasters might be manageable. Having actions that prepare us—without having to go full off-grid preptastic—is a salve to my existential angst. I feel more secure having internalized and implemented their advice…my mindset is changing for the better because of these discussions. My gratitude abounds!
