Prior to taking a plunge into this entrepreneurial venture, Siva was the Regional General Manager for Transcom Philippines and grew that business from 1400 employees to 14,000 employees in just 9 years - a phenomenal feat in an extremely competitive BPO industry. 

In this wide ranging conversation, Siva takes us through his humble beginning in Sri Lanka, why he couldn’t pursue college education and how he never let it dampen his drive and desire to pursue bold goals. He also opens up about the lessons he learned over the years from his mentors from around the world. Most importantly, he takes us through the massive transition he made from being a professional manager working for a global company to being a successful entrepreneur.
