    Face to face approach. MOVE As a new associates you had been train to the basic telephone script. Remember them. Use them. Never escape them. If you wanna be good you must remember and trained it and as you keep on doing it everyday you sure gonna be more sharper and you feel your improvement. Its. A BASIC. Often when we start this business we will 1st approach our friends, family and someone that we know. So you dont need a formal telephone script to talk to them. I give you an example. Let say I am new and I wanna call one of my friend to approach him and his name is RITA. “ Hi Assalamualaikum Rita, apa kabar............. You dont need to be to rigid. You just be HONEST and genuinly ask for just an opportunity to share your ideas and if its not something in their interest for now its great. At least we share the idea and believe me you just open one door of opportunity. A NO NOW never meant a NO for future. So always end your appointmnent after you did all your best effort with maintaining a relationship and even one level better before you meet them. Surely some of you will have fear of rejection but by now you must already know and aware that its part of the game and without it there will be no success. You cant win the game. Remember again those people never reject you personally. There are rejecting only your ideas. So never take personal. In this way you make people you meet more relac, comfortbale and you surely gonna develop ,ore relationships and as we know our fundemnatal in business is RELATIONSHIP.     Episode Pre Approach and Rapport. Building rapport is very fundamentenal and Basic of our Business and Everything is lur life in general. Rapport is TRUST and RELATIONship. This are the 2 vital things we must have to do business with anyone. I hope everyone is having a great week. It is important to always feel great because only by starting to feel it then you accomplish all your dreams. Like Zig Ziglar famous quotes. You dont have to be great to start but you can start to be great. Before we jump to the topic. I hope the past episode had able to help you reach a different height and had help you achieve better results. Keep on practicing because thats what our circle of control. Only with consistency and persistent we become better and better and then we only Master it. So master it gais. Alright lets jump to today topic “ Pre Approach Building Rapport. this is the 2nd process in sales cycle after we Prospecting. As a new person entering this business surely we must be very excited to start it. Surely you cant wait to approach your first prospect. And some could be excited but fears and worries or doubt start to cloud their mind. They will start have butterfly in stomach of what to tell, how to approach and what if this prospect said that or this. Or you probably had mix feelings of excited and fear. Let me tell you this is a everyone experience starting. So you are really on right track. So this podcast I hope can be a tools for you to handle things well and get your pen and paper. Pre approach is a PRE preparation before we are going to make the approach. Before we go to war. There are 3 things in Pre Approach which is 1. appearance. Our image. What do we want to project. Profesional image. 2. Ability - ROLE play concept selling, profuct knowldge. Feature and benefit 3. Attitude - 90% attitude With all this prepared than you should be able to secure more results.

    Nurture our entrepreneurship spirit. NATURE AND NURTURE. We come from different background in life but we do have a lot of common similarity. This is because we are all human. We see many great successful in any walk of life comes from nothing to something and we often get inspired by them. They showed us that nothing is impossible. They proof to us that its all about having the right ATTITUDE. It is about HARDWORK and hours of struggle and never give up attitude. Nature can plays a big role of success. Building a great NATURE or having a great NATURE is important. It is about having the right environment. This means that people who close around us. The support that we need. People who trust us, believe in our potential. This will help to NURTURE ourself the right values, skills, knowledge and know how about what you do. To be a successful entrepreneur we must THINK DIFFERENT. We cant think small. We must start small but we always think big. Today in this modern world it has become easier for us to find information, knowledge in fact anything ONLINE. Comparing to 10-20-30-50-100-1000 years ago where getting information, knowledge, having the right environment is very tough. People need travel to cross border to learn.
