I look forward to every episode of this podcast. The original premise allows us to view mental health from the “every person” perspective. That no matter who we are – even if you’re deemed successful in your field – we often share the same mental health struggles and insecurities. Kim is a stunning host – full of empathy, hope, raw honestly, humour, and curiosity. It’s through her willingness to share her own struggles, no matter how vulnerable or messy, that she’s able to bring out the best in her guests, and leave her audience feeling less alone.
