Fun and informative

The hosts are both writers and bring a delightful dive into sitcom writing. The look at special episodes highlights how they can can be done right as well as horribly wrong. By tackling these episode through the lens of writers they are able to give nuanced analysis in a comedic way that is great for aspiring writers. Once you get going you’ll have trouble stopping. Trust me, I used to have a family.

Funny and great for aspiring writers!

They have informative takes on how theses special episodes are effected by the hero’s journey as they deviate from their normal format. All your favorite shows are here as they dissect them in what they do right and what they do horribly, horribly wrong.

It all started with a 16 hour road trip.

I never thought I’d get into podcasts, but y’all discuss shows I remember so vividly i can create the imagery for myself! Shout out to J. House!
