Kaitlin is the Real Deal

If you are listening to this podcast to get a sense of what it’s like to work with Kaitlin, I would like to share my experience. I began working with Kaitlin to learn how to better cope with a stressful job and was so changed by what I learned from her that I stayed on to do the work that brings real and lasting transformation. As a client I can attest to her innate wisdom, presence of being, and therapeutic abilities. I am so grateful I found her and encourage you to reach out if you need support.

Great job making complex info understandable

Loved your use of the hand model to describe how the brain parts work together. The visual of “flipping my lid” makes it all so relatable...and hopeful...that we can learn to rewire ourselves to be more at peace and connected. Thanks!
