Having just finished the Netflix show, American Primevil, some things cannot be spoken, only sung. I just recorded a transmission in the steam room in a bougie ass gym in Buckhead—my voice raw, reverberating off the cedar walls, sweat pouring, heart wide open. It wasn’t planned. It came through me, wild and pure. A chant. A spell. A remembering. Listening back, it’s also hilarious because I gave no f*cks chanting and channeling and tapping into earth sound medicine while other women in white towels were trying to relax … I relax through the voice. Singing relaxes me, I melt into subconscious realms. My friend Mickey told me it transported him to a wild temple in Thailand—where dancing goddesses move barefoot with snakes and torches, oils and coconut water, ecstasy in every breath. And yet, to me, this song felt rooted in the Americas. It came from the bones buried below me - in genocide- the ancestral pulse of these lands - cursed lands. It came from somewhere far older than time. But maybe, now, it doesn’t belong to any one place. Maybe now it’s stored in human consciousness - a memory embedded so deeply within our DNA that it can no longer be ignored. Now, it belongs to all of us. And the reparation healings of lost souls, lost lands, and the lost Americas belong to all of us. The voice, when sung in trance, becomes a portal. A sacred key. When we allow ourselves to fully surrender to song and the melody of our spirit, something alchemical happens: we activate specific gateways within our emotional, physical, energetic, and spiritual body. The sound moves through us, yes, but it also moves into us, unlocking memories buried beneath logic and language. The Vibrations of voice dispersed throughout the physical organs, the auric field, the energetic field, and the spiritual realms - SHIFT frequency. It shifts the electromagnetic signature within and around us. Sound is a wave, and waveforms influence matter, emotion, brainwaves, and energy. The voice activates different realms of consciousness via TRANCE. This is how we time-travel. Trance. Through vibration, through breath, through the ancient neural corridors of mind and memory. When we enter that altered state—when the mind softens, and the ego dissolves—we begin to receive. Visions. Knowings. Sensations. Messages from the past, the future, and parallel timelines. We remember who we’ve been, who we are, and who we’re becoming—all at once. In that liminal space, the veil lifts. And what’s revealed is not new—it’s always been there. Dormant, waiting. The healing. The knowing. The grief. The answer. The destruction. The song. All of it exists in the field. The only requirement is that we tune into the frequency that reveals it. Voice is one of the most ancient ways. When I sing in trance, I unlock what I call the primal voice—a voice that doesn’t belong to performance or perfection, or stages, or Ticketmaster, or record labels for profit. It belongs to the effervescent, all-encompassing, everything, everywhere all at once. It belongs to that which has possessed it - not in a demonic sense but in a holy embodiment of the energetic imprint within the human channel, and the layers of human flesh, soul, and spirit to whom the message is sung. In vocal trance, the self dissolves, and spirit, ancestors, or archetypes speak or sing through the vessel. The Voice — when sung in drone or chants — can bring the body into coherent resonance, a state where the heartbeat, breath, and brainwaves harmonize. It’s the sound of spirit moving through dense matter. The sound of the wild feminine remembering herself. The sound of the ancestors humming through my bones. In Indigenous North and South American ceremonies, chant is a direct line to memory, lineage, and land. Songs are alive, passed down from spirit, not composed by ego or 10 men in a boardroom chasing the next platinum sound... especially WITHOUT the divine feminine oracles present. And yet, still, the white man will sell a medicinal song sung to a river for purification by an indigenous elder to a mass audience. He will find a way, trust me. But it’s not so much the man himself - it is the SYSTEM. So we must break the system and rebuild it. Rather than practicing or performing other people’s songs - use your voice and skills to sing the moment in the collective! Liberate us! Please! Let your voice be the revolution for the healing of your own spirit and the world.For it is prophesied: “We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time.” Romans 8:19-22 The Earth itself is groaning—crying out—in anticipation of the awakening or revelation of humanity’s divine nature. The natural world is sentient, spiritually intertwined with human consciousness and destiny. The rivers, trees, contain energy, sentience, and vibration. So awaken to your Remembrance to sing healing songs to the lost Americas - for the healing of all humanity and creatures, for the Earth, Mother Gaia. This is how humanity survived—through sound, rhythm, and ceremony. We didn’t talk about our pain to a therapist. We sang it into the fire. We danced it into the earth. We released it with our breath and alchemized it into purpose and pleasure. This is how we accessed god, we did not worship god, WE BECAME god through frequency. Through community. Through catharsis. Through presence. God as resonance, not hierarchy. This is how we evolved. This is how we connected. This is how we remembered ourselves — as one collective body, breathing, creating and grieving in UNISON. We didn’t separate spirit from sound. Sound was the spirit. This song is a frequency. An initiation. A medicine. It carries womb wisdom rising up through my spine to kiss the stars. I don’t even know how to describe it properly—except primal. Except hopeful. A call to return to what we’ve forgotten. A call to sing again. To heal together again. To remember that the voice is the gateway. This is my mission: to bring humanity back to trance, back to voice, back to the body, and back to the sacred memory of who we are when we’re not performing… but singing. The deeper we go into ourselves, the more clearly we can feel the collective. The more in tune we are with Nature, the more we feel and understand the collective - the more we awaken to the truth of consciousness itself. This is why I sing. This is why I listen. This is why I return again and again to the heat, to the steam, to the breath, to the pulse. Because this is not about me.It’s about us. Who are we? We are more than human. We are Truth.
