Cian Mc Enroe

There are questions that many of us want to know the answers to: Who or what am I? Does my life have purpose and meaning? Does consciousness survive death? Where does this universe come from? How should I live my life? I suspect that the answers to these questions are knowable through our own awakening and healing - this podcast is part of my search to find them.

The Quiet Spiritual Revolution of our Organisations | Mirjana Boznovska - E17

What if the future of work is not just better strategy, better systems, or better leadership training, but a deeper shift in consciousness? In this conversation, I’m joined by Mirjana Boznovska to explore the quiet spiritual revolution unfolding inside our organisations. We speak about burnout, disengagement, and the growing sense that modern work is no longer nourishing the human spirit, and we ask what becomes possible when workplaces begin to value inner alignment, authenticity, self-awareness, and human connection as much as performance. Together, we explore the move from doing to being, the difference between external success and inner truth, and why so many people are exhausted from living and working in ways that are out of alignment with who they really are. We also look at self-awareness, self-responsibility, and self-leadership as practical foundations for a more human workplace. This is a conversation about work, but it is also a conversation about worth, authenticity, trust, surrender, and the possibility that organisations can become places of real healing, transformation, and awakening. Finding God In Your Own Way | Matthew Gregorowski - E16

There is one word that has inspired more love, more compassion, more division and more violence than almost any other: God. In this conversation, Matthew Gregoroski shares his deeply personal journey through faith, anxiety, loss, success, spiritual disillusionment, and ultimately, a direct inner experience of the divine. Growing up in apartheid South Africa as the son of a preacher, Matt was shaped by religion from an early age. But over time, inherited belief gave way to a deeper search: one that led him through suffering, questioning, meditation, and the longing to know God for himself. Together, we explore suffering, prayer, ego, forgiveness, awakening, and the possibility that beneath the many paths, traditions, and stories of humanity, there may be one truth waiting to be remembered. This is a conversation for anyone who has wrestled with faith, questioned religion, felt the ache of searching, or sensed that the answers we seek may be closer than we realise. The 3 Hidden Inner Capacities of a Transformational Leader | Jude-Martin Etuka - E14

Transformational leadership has been talked about for decades. We know what it looks like when we experience it. We know how it feels to be around someone who genuinely shifts a room, a team, or a culture. But what’s always been missing is a clear understanding of what it actually takes to become that kind of leader. In this conversation, I sit down again with Jude Martin Etuka to explore the findings of his PhD research into transformational leadership. Jude set out to study a gap that had largely been left unexplored. While transformational leadership has been well described, the inner work required to embody it was never clearly mapped. Drawing on his years as a monk, his research and work inside organisations, and his own lived experience, Jude shares the three hidden inner capacities that consistently show up in truly transformational leaders. We talk about pressure, surrender, spirituality in everyday work, and why leadership is a way of being before it is a skillset. As someone who’s spent years working as a leadership consultant, this conversation put language to things I’ve seen again and again in practice but rarely heard articulated so clearly. Contact me via website: www.humankinder.com.au There’s a lot of talk about spirituality these days, but much less honesty about what it’s actually like to live it.In this conversation, I sit down with Tim and Elise from Source 88 to explore the beautiful messy reality of a spiritual life. Not the polished version, but the lived one. The uncertainty, the responsibility, the discomfort, and the deep aliveness that comes when you stop choosing safety and start choosing truth. We talk about what happens when you stop numbing and start feeling. Why living in the mystery can be far more alive than staying in the comfort of what’s known. How breakdowns often become doorways. And why spirituality isn’t about escaping the world, but learning how to stay present inside it.This is a conversation about embodiment, honesty, and remembering who you are beneath conditioning and roles. Why So Many of Us Feel Stuck (What’s Really Going On) - Martina Hegarty | E12

Many of us feel stuck at some point in life. We try to think our way out of it, push harder, or tell ourselves we should be more grateful. And when none of that works, it can start to feel personal. In this conversation, Martina and I explore what’s really going on underneath that feeling of being stuck. We talk about how unprocessed emotion lives in the body, how grief and loss can quietly shape our lives, and why so much of what we carry isn’t a personal failure, but a natural response to what we - and our ancestors - have been through. We speak about intuition, conditioning, the nervous system, and what happens when we stop trying to fix ourselves and start listening instead. Martina and I are both Irish, so this conversation may resonate especially with anyone carrying Irish ancestry, while still speaking to much broader human experiences. After we finished recording, Martina offered to do some healing work with me. During that session, a layer of blocked grief that I’d been carrying in my heart shifted in a way I didn’t expect. It felt important to share that here, because conversations on healing can feel theoretical whilst the experience is oh so very real. How People Really Work | A Conversation with My Father - Bart Mc Enroe | E11

This episode is a little different. I sat down with my dad for a quiet, honest conversation about life, people, and what he’s learned over 20 years as a leadership consultant and psychotherapist working with humans in all kinds of systems, families, and organisations. We talk about how people really work. Why behaviour makes sense when you understand what’s going on underneath. How emotions shape everything. Why conflict usually isn’t about the thing we think it is. And what happens when we stop trying to fix people and start learning how to understand them. Bart's approach has been extremely successful across both sport and business. In the Irish sporting world, he has worked closely with leading inter-county GAA managers, including Pat Gilroy, Mickey Harte, and Jack O’Connor, during periods that went on to produce multiple All-Ireland titles. His work has also extended into the business world, supporting some of Ireland's most senior and respected CEOs. Recording this felt meaningful. These are conversations I’ve been learning from my whole life, and I’m grateful to finally share one with you.
