    In this episode of Hungry Thoughts, Nick welcomes the guest, Milo, a musical artist and filmmaker from Richmond. Milo talks about how they met when transferring to VCU soccer and their college experiences at different schools. They discuss his time playing soccer and making highlight videos for VCU Athletics, and their subsequent creative pursuits. Milo talks about how music and filmmaking were two of their strongest passions and how they continue to work in both areas. He mentions his recently released visual album, dedicated to their best friend who took their own life, which received a positive response at film festivals. Milo reflects on their journey, discussing the importance of being present in the moment and enjoying the journey with friends and loved ones. Paolo shares his culinary journey, from taking culinary arts classes in high school to dropping out of college to attend culinary school.
