💗 Welcome back to the Hustled Up podcast! 💗 In today’s episode of Hustled Up, we’re recapping our recent trip to Tennessee with a group of cleaning business owner friends — and honestly, this trip was so much more than just a fun getaway. We’re talking about what happens when you get into a room with people who genuinely care about you, your business, and your growth … and why sometimes the best business lessons come from the people you call your friends. Before this trip, we were both feeling burnt out, stuck, unmotivated, and honestly a little tired of the hustle. But after spending a few days surrounded by women who were willing to teach, challenge, encourage, and call us out on our b******t, we came home with a completely different perspective — and a whole list of things we needed to fix. We’re talking about the difference between simply getting into a room with “successful” people and actually building genuine relationships with people who want to see you succeed. Because networking isn’t about finding someone bigger than you and taking everything you can from them. It’s about giving, sharing, learning, laughing, and realizing that you have something valuable to contribute no matter where you are in your business. We also get real about the importance of having people in your corner who will actually tell you the truth. Because sometimes you don’t need another person telling you how amazing you are — you need someone who loves you enough to hold you accountable. Plus, we’re sharing some of our favorite moments from the trip: tubing down a Tennessee river while drinking margaritas out of water bottles, paddleboarding, petting goats, playing ridiculous games, learning about quality control, breathwork, tapping, AI, and so much more. Basically … a little business, a little personal growth, and a LOT of doing dumb shit together. At the end of the day, this episode is a reminder to take a good, hard look at who’s in your room. Are you surrounding yourself with people who support the person you’re becoming, or people who constantly pull you back toward the person you’ve outgrown? Find the people who make your dreams feel possible, who will challenge you when you need it, and who genuinely want to see you win — not because they want something from you, but because they care. And if you’re feeling lonely in entrepreneurship, consider this your little nudge to put yourself out there. Go to the event. Introduce yourself. Make the connection. Get a little uncomfortable. Your people might be waiting for you in the next room. ❤️ ‧⁺˚・༓ ⋅ʚ ✿ LET'S CONNECT ✿ ɞ⋅ ༓・˚⁺‧ ➡️ Show notes, guest form and more: https://www.thehustlehavenllc.com/hustledup Have a request or have a topic suggestion?
