Deeski has been training, training and training this past week while, Rhydona got to take part in his company's HVAC community engagement and outreach while working to grow his new book of business. Rhydon and Dennis welcome the second youngster of the Wilkins crew to the show. The three of them get into stories of life in the trade and how Jamie found his way into becoming an owner operator of his own company, Elevated Mechanical. Jamie opens up about how he manages the ups and downs of the residential and light commercial market in Washington state as a one man show thanks to the help of people he trusts to work with him to be better together.
