    VP Kamala's Concession and Call to Action Address to the Nation

    Send us a text If you never listened to Vice President Kamala’s concession speech, I recommend everyone go pull it up and get energized.  Doing this episode, it took some time, a few months, and some more time to reflect on the hearts and minds from people all over the world that felt the pain and still reeling from the pain today.  Kamala started her speech thanking everyone for being there in attendance and for their huge support throughout the campaign.  I read and analyzed her speech from cover to cover. Not only did she show a good competitive spirit with accepting the results of the election, but in her speech, there was a CALL FOR ACTION.

    Madam President - Part III

    Send us a text HVYBRDN Family, We are going to talk about Leadership today.  Why Leadership? I am glad you asked.  Leadership is extremely important if you're going to be elected as the next President of the United States. Women in leadership positions can have a positive impact on organizations, and there is evidence that women are just as capable as men of leading businesses: Profitability According to McKinsey, organizations with more gender diversity in their executive teams are 25% more likely to be profitable. Creativity and innovation The International Labour Organization found that gender-inclusive organizations reported a 54% increase in creativity and innovation. Social responsibility Harvard Business Review research suggests that companies with more women in top leadership positions are more socially responsible. Leadership skills Women excel in many areas of leadership, including initiative-taking, resilience, and self-development. Emotional intelligence Research shows that emotional intelligence is a critical predictor of performance and a strong driver of leadership. However, women are underrepresented in leadership positions, particularly in Fortune 500 companies.     Madam President - "History Making in Our Lifetime" - Part II

    Send us a text HVYBRDN Family, We have 15 days remaining before the election.  What are you going to do? In the previous episode, I spoke to you about the pending election and that we all have a part to play in order to make history. As I mentioned previously, First and foremost, I want us to acknowledge that Kamala Harris has all the qualifications needed to become the 47th president of the United States. Second, I am asking all of you to join with me in making a life-altering decision for this country, that will change the whole trajectory of this country as well as the lives of every man, woman and child in America. Some of you have stated that you want me to vote for her, just because she is a female.  The answer to that question is no.  Now, I want you to acknowledge that she has the qualifications.  Can you do that?  Does she know the law?  Does she follow the Constitution?  Did she work in the Senate? Was she elected Vice-President?     Madam President - "History Making in Our Lifetime" Part I

    Send us a text I want to talk to everyone about a decision each of us will be called on to make on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. A decision so powerful it could change the course of our very existence and the direction of our country. This is a pivotal moment, and your role in it cannot be overstated. Over the last month, the conversation about the impending election has flooded our airways. It has reached a fever pitch, and I don’t see it ending anytime soon. Do you?  Discussions are being had all across the country—we are being bombarded on all sides by the various news media outlets—CNN, Fox, MSNBC, and others. It’s being dissected, piece by minute piece, on all the social media sites. Conversations are being held in our homes around the dinner table. In our neighborhoods at the corner grocery store. In our places of worship as we fellowship with our fellow parishioners. And in our places of employment over lunch or during meetings with our fellow coworkers. In short, over the next several months, there will be no escaping this critically important discussion and America and Americans’ decision—do we embrace democracy or bow down to anarchy?  The question on everyone’s mind is who will be the next president of America, and, more importantly, what do we want our country to look like during the remainder of our lifetime, and our children’s and grandchildren’s lifetimes?             Mass media is putting its spin on who they believe will be and/or should be the next president, but it’s not their decision to make. It’s ours and I’m asking all of you to make up your own minds. Follow your hearts and your conscious. It’s not enough to just seek out the truth…you also have to tune out the hateful rhetoric and ignore the fearmongers’ countless tales that herald a vision of gloom, doom, and despair.  I’m not here to add to the endless litany of woe being promulgated by too many thinktanks masquerading as experts. I’m here to advocate for something that isn’t being discussed as much as it should be.
