He must increase, I must decrease

This weeks message invites us into a profound truth: Jesus is the light that pierces through every darkness in our lives. When God looks at everything He made and declares it 'very good,' there's one exception that stands out: 'It is not good that man should be alone.' This message takes us back to the garden to rediscover what we've lost in translation over centuries of cultural drift and sin. We see Adam and Eve living in complete transparency—naked and unashamed—not just physically, but spiritually and emotionally. This original design shows us that vulnerability creates peace, that transparency builds trust, and that authentic community reflects the very nature of the Trinity. But then comes the fall, and with it, humanity's first instinct: to hide, to cover up, to isolate. Fear entered the equation, and we've been running from true community ever since. Yet even in that moment, God pursues. He asks 'Where are you?'—not because He doesn't know, but because His heart has always been to restore us to togetherness. The call for us today is clear: step out of isolation, lay down the fig leaves we use to protect ourselves, and embrace the vulnerable, Christ-centered community God designed from the beginning.
