    He has travelled across 70 countries and imbibed the Fitness mantra - - ‘keep moving’ from the fitness cultures of the world. He took to Cross fit at the  age of 50 and has been practicing and participating in the CrossFit Open event since the last 6 years.
    He sheds light on the myths of accepting loss of  muscle fitness with age and the importance of core strength and conditioning for all irrespective of age or gender. He is a successful entrepreneur,  the Co - founder of Bank buddy.ai that was adjudged the best start-up of the year.
    At the energetic age of 56, he has  the strength to do 230 pound deadlifts, the endurance and stamina to run a mile, follow it with 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats and run the mile again and the heart to bungee jump from the Victoria falls.

    Sauvik shares his journey from a being professional cricketer to a technology Evangelist.. His unwavering commitment to maintain his I am FIT identity. In spite of injuries, shift in geographies and career landscape .

    Sauvik Banerjee is the CTO at Tata Digital ( The digital venture  of India's largest conglomerate) and on the board of multiple tech start-ups and an Artificial Intelligence (AI) evangelist. He is also  first Indian origin person to be on the  Springer Data ethics team that governs and defines ethical usage of AI for all tech providers across the globe.

    He shares his take on technology and connected fitness  and mantras to sustain ones fitness in spite of COVID restrictions.

    HE epitomises, mental and  physical Fitness -  most importantly he  imbibes the ‘HAPPINESS  Philosophy'.

    Regularly hits the gym and works hard to have  the Body of the ROCK.

    His exciting career involved excessive travel and  late hours. All this did take a toll on his health, weight and vitals. He got hit by a series of ailments.

    Not able to immediately take on any high intensity exercises, Hemant decided to walk his way back to fitness.

    Hemant is a sports broadcaster by profession and a sportsman by passion

    A very late detection of Ankylosing Spondylitis - This auto immune ailment unfortunately impacted his eye and caused Uveitis. The treatment further led to a stage of Glaucoma in one of his eyes. When he almost lost his vision. All this led to him having to stop active sports.

    He shares his journey to re-create his I am FIT identity by  a starting a disciplined walking routine. He soon realises the  benefits of Walking. And now there is no stopping.

    An Ex-Ten Sports Head and Sr Vice President of Production and a sports writer. An alumni of the prestigious St Stephens college.

    Hemant works on live broadcast of cricket all over the world. When he isn’t working, he’s probably writing about cricket.

    During the pandemic Hemant got time to reflect on his life. He decided to re-calibrate and focus on his fitness first to  gain control of his life.

    As an early entrepreneur, in 2000, he co-founded, one of the first digital marketing agencies in India. He  founded  Rustik Travel, a sustainable experiential travel company that he  founded a few years ago.

    His latest book ‘Start me up',  an inspiring account of the journey taken by young impulsive entrepreneurs, experiencing the exciting adrenaline rush of ups and downs, as they struggle to survive and  succeed while having fun – is  a must read.

    He has published multiple eBooks on his Himalayan expeditions a.s well

    He is also a guest faculty in various business schools, a speaker in various forums and regularly advises young entrepreneurs in the Internet space. He is an Electronics & Communication engineer from the prestigious Delhi College of Engineering  and has an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB).
