I Am Light

This week's affirmation and soundscape celebrate the light within and around us. This is a time of year when we light candles, trees, homes, and cities. During the holiday season, we remember those are near and far. Celebrate what we receive and reflect on what has gone.  We do it all with the help of light, guiding light, light for solace, light for joy, and more. Whether we admire their majesty from afar or dream of jumping in during the warmer season, we celebrate lakes. Today's affirmation starts with a simple phrase, "I Am Light."
