041: 5 Lessons in Forging Ahead

041: 5 Lessons in Forging Ahead

This ep recounts the 5-part post on Instagram that I’ve been dripping for several weeks, since the time when my ex-husband’s new wife took some pretty incredible photos of me. I’m always open to the lessons I learn and respectful of those lessons that are being learned by others along the way. Cheers to finding the common ground of growth and doing the very best we can individually, do that collectively, life can be a bit more delightful.

    040: Vertigo

Recently I had a really awful experience with BPPV and I still, from time to time, have “the spins” when I lay down at night or in the morning when I first try to get up and moving. And this physical state of nausea and imbalance has become a blatant reminder for me to consistently focus on health, emotional wellness, and balance with work and life.

    038: The Marking of Time

Well, the IHKH podcast is one year old. Happy Anniversary! This episode became a surprisingly emotional verbal processing about what time means to me. It’s our most valuable, yet un-renewable resource and that both excites and frightens me. See if you can tell why as you audibly wade through a jumble of my thoughts.

5 of my super cool friends joined me for a virtual book club through a Zoom call to share a favorite book that has helped with personal development. There’s something really sexy about collaborating in the space of personal growth. I hope you pick up a helpful thought or two.

Real and Honest!

I love Megans real, open talk about life and self-awareness. She makes you feel like you're having a conversation with a good friend - which sometimes is all we need for a good day!

Real talk

Megan’s podcast is great because it feels like she’s sitting with you and you're just having a chat. It’s really a show about becoming comfortable with yourself which is hard for many people. It’s been hard for Megan. She is open and honest and raw about who she is, what she is trying to do and how she is trying to do it. She is essentially sharing her journey to becoming he best self with us.
