Whether it’s motherhood, menopause, recovery from major surgery, or just being in the second act of life where every moment carries a bit more meaning – it’s intense. I share what it’s like to walk through this chapter where everything hits harder – love, grief, joy, frustration – and where being “too much” isn’t a flaw, it’s a sign that you’re fully alive. We touch on the fact that our emotions seem to amplify in midlife (hint: it’s not just hormones – it’s awareness, experience, and the weight of wisdom). Feeling deeply doesn’t mean we’re falling apart. It means we’ve lived enough life to know what matters. That we’re fully alive!
